St. Catherine of Siena Parish

At the 9 A.M. Sunday Mass, children are offered the opportunity to participate in their own Liturgy of the Word. Children's Liturgy of the Word allows children to hear God's word in a way they makes sense to them and to share their own experiences about what they have heard. Children also learn to participate in some of our Mass rituals.

We offer two separate Children's Liturgies of the Word. The first includes children age three-kindergarten. This will meet once a week. The second liturgy is for children in grades 1-4, and will meet once a month.

This program needs participation from middle school, high school and adult members of the parish to lead and assist each month. This is a fantastic opportunity to share God's Word with the future of St. Catherine's parish.
